We accept 1 small well trained dog (£15 per stay). We ask that your fur baby not be on furniture or bed, & please don't leave them unattended. Not suitable for kids.

This is in a town centre location which means street noise can be an issue! SENSITIVE EARS PLEASE BE WARNED!

This is a delightful holiday house, located in a very peaceful part of Keswick. Private off street parking for two cars. A very pretty garden to relax in , enjoy a bbq or two. The house is so welcoming , lovely front sitting room with smart TV and views up to the fells. Large dining room with sitting for 6, doors lead onto the patio, garden area. A super well equipped kitchen. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms with very comfy beds. A small but perfect bathroom with shower, loo and sink.

The warm and comfortable accommodation sleeps up to four guests (plus a cot) and was recently extensively refurbished. Changeover days are typically Monday and Friday. One or two well-behaved dogs (restricted to downstairs and not allowed on the furniture) are welcome. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. 10% discount for full week bookings.
