Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kettering

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

This was our 1st experience with an Airbnb. Laura was a wonderful host, very responsive to all our questions or concerns over the month & a half we stayed. House was exactly as mentioned/shown in pictures. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living area all well appointed and comfortable. We extended our stay twice during our stay and Laura helped us navigate the airbnb application to do so. We highly recommend Laura and this Airbnb. We would definitely stay again when we visit! A+++

A great home base for our daughters’ horse show at WEC. So close to the facility and with all the nice touches of home so we could enjoy some family time together in the evenings. Our hosts checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months and being able to enjoy the big back yard and shade trees.

We are not a family who travels often, and were blown away by this wonderful home available for our use, directly by the State Park, where our oldest son decided to be married. The home is spacious, clean, super comfortable, and overly accommodating. We had a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 young adults, and felt like we were in a palace for wide open space! We had to decorate 100 cupcakes for the wedding reception, and the kitchen bar was the perfect oversized space for the job, while also allowing our family to eat at the grand adjacent table. Three bathrooms was a plus - AND there are heaters in the ceiling vents! Wow. Beautiful rolling acres of hay fields surround the home, creating lovely sun kissed views. We highly recommend staying at this home!

Beautiful home. Perfect for what we needed. Quick drive to Cedarville University. Comfortable sleeping.All around a great stay. Hosts kept us informed and were very helpful. We would stay there again.

This house had many really nice touches, from the ready firepit, to the quality kitchen tools, and the decor. We really enjoyed a peaceful stay!

Great hidden gem of Seven Mile! You wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee in your own oasis. Everything is absolutely spotless, but also very cozy. I recommend this Airbnb to anywho is planning on staying in Seven Mile! Great host and great space!

This was just what we were looking for. Mainly a place with a spa, some place NOT in the middle of many other houses. The house has other tenants connected to the house, but this was never a problem. We love that the spa was INSIDE, as the days we were there, it was cold outside! We love the shared backyard; we never saw anyone else outside. We did see five deer the field behind the fenced in yard! The area is peaceful. And though it's "in the country", it was never too far from where we needed to be. The drive was peaceful and traffic-free. The house itself was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv in the back spa room to work, but we enjoyed being able to log into streaming on the reg tv in the living room. We may have to come back next year, and if so, and if it's available, we'd definitely stay here again! Also, we had an issue with our car and she was able to recommend a reputable mechanic in the area!

Tara's place was quiet & comfy! The space is large which we didn't expect, but we enjoyed the space! The bed was super comfy!! The kitchen table was set which was a very nice touch! When we visit family again & if her space is available, we will be happy to stay here again!

I really enjoyedy stay. the hosts are so thoughtful and they even left snacks and drinks for me. it was so cozy. just like Grandma's house. I would definitely stay again

Jana's place was in a great location and was super quiet at night. The house was exactly like the pictures and the bed was super comfortable.

A wonderful little place.If you are a couple and want a cozy place to enjoy one another's company, this is a great place to visit, and if one of you make a mistake, you can go just a short distance down the road to K.Rae Designs and buy a piece of jewelry and make it all better.We will go back if we have the chance.Thank you Gary.

We loved our time here! The location is even more beautiful in person! We loved the pond, the cute children’s houses on the property and the beautifully styled cabin! We will definitely be back!

Great place for a getaway for the dogs super close to kings island. Attic space has very low ceiling but the rest of the accommodation and resort area were very warm and welcoming

A Magical and Cozy Escape! This cabin was an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space had so much character—artsy, cozy, and full of personality. It felt welcoming and laid-back in the best way, like a place meant for creativity and relaxation. Not only did it look amazing, but it also smelled incredible, adding to the overall atmosphere. It had a rustic charm, but with all the modern comforts you’d want. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect escape to unplug and recharge. Every little detail made it feel special. If you’re looking for a stay that’s unique, warm, and full of good energy, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

I can not describe in words how beautiful and peaceful our stay was. The kids enjoyed fishing and swimming and we enjoyed the gazebo. Thank you so very much for a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful location and trails in the wooded area are a very nice addition to explore. Very peaceful and private. Malynda is a wonderful host and was proactive in making sure all our needs were met and everything was to our liking. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
