Beach apartment holiday rentals in Key West

We had a great time! Awesome community with walkable restaurants and bars. We loved the local beaches. The people at the complex were super nice. Our four boys loved running from the pool to the beach. Everyone we met was very nice. Great instructions and recommendations. Loved it!

Angela’s space was neat, clean and well stocked. When we had questions, she answered immediately. When we couldn’t find a can opener she quickly brought us a new one and even included a sweet treat! We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thanks Angela!!

We enjoyed our stay at Keith's. The complex and the amenities are great! The balcony is deceivingly tiny. Barley big enough to use. The condo is very nice. We were concerned at the bright light shining through the front door every night since the bedroom is in the front of the house. The first night we had the bedroom door closed and it was very warm because the AC couldn't circulate. The next night we opened the door and couldn't sleep because of the bright light shining in. Seems as though there could be a quick/easy fix to this problem by purchasing a room darkening shade at Home Depot. We did notice other units with similar shades. We had questions about the TV and Joe was quick to help us out. The Roku was fine after we reset and the Fision remote never worked. We think it needs batteries. We had to purchase body wash, shampoo & conditioner because the shower caddy was just about empty. All in all we had a great stay.

Nice, clean and quiet place. pool was nice. Nice view off the balcony is of the mangroves. Beach area is nice but pretty rocky once you get into the water.

Loved the Condo. Very nice new restaurant just a couple of blocks down the street. A very good restaurant next door. Yolanda was great about recommendations and helpful when we needed help. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer as we were there for a week. Thanks, Yolanda!

We had an amazing few days to disconnect. The resort exceeded my expectations - the property is on a private beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, primitive shower to rinse off, a decent size pool, and tall coconut palm trees. So dreamy! The property is very clean, staff is friendly. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen essentials like plates, cups, silverware, pots, etc. We are definitely coming back!

Loved it! The condo was very spacious, beautifully decorated, the views were amazing! The balcony was large and private! The grounds were very well kept and lush. Tropical with lots of palm trees surrounding the large pool area with sandy beach! Great area with lots to do, can’t wait to come back!

Close enough and not too far away from Key West exploration. The concierge was friendly and very eager to accommodate, front desk staff were helpful and very pleasant. The restaurant next door, Tavern N Town at the Beachside Resort, had a nightly happy hour with great cocktail service from Mr. George and delicious tapas - shrimp tacos, conch chowder, calamari, roasted cauliflower. The rental was fully stocked with all dishes & utensils needed. No issues with parking or anything else. Very enjoyable stay.

What a great spot! We were blown away by the value. Clean, comfortable and close to literally everything we wanted to do in Key West. They even picked us up at the airport even though our flight was 30 minutes late. Amazing place in an amazing town. We will definitely stay with Rick again!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

We loved the townhome. The gardens were beautiful. The location was amazing. The directions were spot on. We did everything in Key West and enjoyed all of our time there. Thank you for opening your townhome and we would highly recommend staying there.

This condo was everything it said it was. Very clean. Great location, clean and serviceable furnishings and an awesome view. One thing that really struck out for me was that the kitchen had everything that you would need without being stuffed with a lot of extra stuff you don’t need. Also the pots and pans were very clean and almost new. Michael was very responsive to all our questions and made sure that we were happy with everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested in staying in Key Largo.

A very well appointed condo with everything supplied. A great view over the marina. However, close to a main route into Central Key West made it a slightly noisy location. Also next door to a bar/restaurant,this made sitting on balcony a not so peaceful experience. For those interested in watching TV the wifi was awful. The pool area was predominantly in the shade come the afternoon. The host was very responsive and helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay as we loved Key West.

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in a GREAT area with a LOVELY COURTYARD for rest and relaxation. A nice little pool also. Very quiet and easy to get around. It was great to WALK or BIKE RIDE in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Unbelievable location. Lots of space. Super responsive host. Lots to do walking out on Duval Street, felt like we were in the center of everything. Just a fantastic place, would highly recommend.

Beachside was a wonderful place to stay, I would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay in the Keys!!

This beautiful condo was so much more wonderful than the pictures portrayed! It is the most amazing location and setting with a stunning courtyard garden, ocean views and its own little beach. I felt like I stepped into Paradise! The complex was quiet, respectful and beautifully maintained. The location on the island could not be beat with a short walk to Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach. This was our first time in Key West and it was pure magic! Thank you!

Don’t go here, I want it to myself! My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved this place. Easy to find and right on Duval St. with great parking. Beautiful room with everything we needed and exceptionally clean. If there’s a better place to stay in key West I’ll never know it! We’re already planning our next trip. Thanks Megan

Key West is expensive so this wasn’t exorbitant for the area. From here, we could walk to every attraction and restaurant in Old Town, including the dock to board a sailing ship to catch a magnificent sunset. The lodging is in an old house turned old hotel. It was very comfortable for 2 people. The dedicated porch overlooking the beautiful garden with gurgling fountains was a highlight. There was a nice black cat who sat with us every time we were on the porch. There is an outdoor gathering area below the porch that guests from surrounding units used. They were a bit loud; but, it’s Key West. The only real negative is a lack of nearby parking. There is supposed to be a 15 minute unloading space in front of the building but the same car stayed in it for 2 days. We found a spot on the street about 4 blocks away. I strongly recommend getting any groceries you may want (except fresh fish) before you arrive. We mostly ate out.

Lovely, immaculate, and perfectly located for anyone seeking the best of Key West. Highly recommend in every way. You can walk to almost anywhere in Old Town and the gated community adds a bit of comfort and safety. AvantStay made every part of the process easy!
