Tento moderný priestor je ideálny pre 4 osoby a zahŕňa 1 spálňu, obývaciu izbu s rozkladacím gaučom, plne vybavenú kuchyňu a kúpeľňu. Wi-Fi a TV sú k dispozícii. Hlavná železničná a autobusová stanica je len 5 minút pešo. AquaCity Poprad je vzdialené cca 2km a Vysoké Tatry sú vzdialené len 15km. Apartmán je od centra mesta vzdialený 6 minút chôdze.
