House holiday rentals in Khao Lak

Stay in mid-March. Flight with Etihad as there are 2 free overnight stays in Abu Dhabi on the return flight. (recommended, as stopover is very long). Transfers booked through the landlord (2,800 THB), included: taxi to the pier, ferry, taxi accommodation), absolutely perfectly organized. The complex consists of 10 villas each in 3 rows (A,B,C), with the number 1 each being close to the restaurant or beach. Villa corresponded to the description, but only 2 plug connections for 5 electrical appliances in the kitchen are too few. If you want to cook for yourself, pretty much everything is available. Small convection oven plus. Electricity 11THB kw/h (2 weeks 1500 THB) Daily Cleaning 200 THB. Car transport within the island very expensive (no matter where 2,400 THB), rental cars (only for rent on the mainland) are not allowed by ferry. Scooter 1,200 THB/day. Restaurant ok. Prices from 300 THB OK Conclusion: Landlord is approachable for everything, generally very positive if you want to relax.

Having traveled for three months through Southern Thailand with two small dogs, we have never felt as comfortable and cozy as in Phang Nga House of Phu. Being a real home with a soul, it is located in a quiet area and is equipped with everything you need for both comfortable rest and active sightseeing of the area. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to test your own ideas on excellent Thai products that you can buy at a nearby market. Also worthy of praise are bedrooms where you can rest perfectly in clean bedding, modern bathrooms, a terrace where you can relax in the evening to the sounds of nature. The owner of the house stayed in constant contact with us, giving us a lot of very useful tips. Our dogs were welcomed with understanding and kindness, and the small garden provided them with freedom of movement and the opportunity to play. Our stay at Trin and Family’s Airbnb was brilliant from start to finish. Trin and his parents are extremely warm, kind and helpful hosts who really look after you during your stay. The Airbnb itself is also beautiful - would highly highly recommend!

Alex was fantastically helpful and offers a wonderful home. I spent a month living here enjoying Khao Lak in a home away from home! Alex was quick to respond to any questions I had, was incredibly helpful regarding transportation options and had a lovely scooter available too. Nothing was too much trouble. What a beautiful little place. The studio is wonderful. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable, lots of places to sit outside and enjoy nature and her lovely cats!. The host lives in the big house but we always felt private. Tik Restaurant down the road was a great recommendation, as was Laoleu Restaurant. The accommodation was a little hard to find. We would have liked to stay an extra week but it was fully booked!. The weather is the only thing which would have improved our 9 day stay!

This old Thai-House is so amazing, it gives you the feeling of being part of the neighborhood, it is in the rural background of the beach, so there are no tourists.

Our vacation exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning, featuring a well-maintained garden, a blooming noni tree near the house, a palm forest behind the fence, and charming varans in the pond that created a unique ambiance. The hosts kindly provided bicycles, which made it easy to reach the beach. The semi-open kitchen is very pleasant and fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary cookware, all arranged in a convenient space. In the evenings, there are sometimes many mosquitoes, but a powerful fan drives them away. The house and garden are kept in perfect condition by the cleaning staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable — we hope to return again!

Fabulous place. Really quiet. With a scooter it is just great you can get to everywhere. I would highly recommend this property. ❤️
