This was the best place to stay in town! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. The neighborhood is very safe, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent — all the restaurants are within walking distance, along with a small mall and an Ashan hypermarket. Taxi access is quick and easy, which was super convenient for getting around. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures — very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Just a small note for future guests: be sure to read the amenities carefully. We missed the fact that there is no microwave or TV, which wasn’t a big issue for us, but could be important depending on your needs. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely return!

We stayed at Ferouz's place for two nights. Ferouz's place is right in middle of the city. You will get buses to most places in Dushanbe directly from their apartment. Most eateries are close by. Ferouz's wife greeted us and took us to the apartment. The instructions were clear. The apartment is very nicely done and has good vibes. We were able to make our food in the kitchen. Except for a water cut for a few minutes and sometimes erratic internet, there is literally nothing to be critical about. We highly recommend the place and would love to come back and stay if we ever visit Dushanbe again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gulnoz’s spacious apartment. Located in the city center, on walking distance from most parks and attractions, it offers a nice view on the flagpole and parts of the city skyline. Gulnoz has at all times been a kind, responsive and flexible host, offering her help when needed. Two minor points of improvement would be increased attention to the cleanliness (especially the kitchen and towels) and to put up proper-width curtains in the corner bedroom. Thank you for everything!
