Monthly Rentals in Khuê Trung

I was hesitant to book this place with no reviews, but I am very happy I did. I really loved my week here that I extended it for few more weeks. Location is fantastic, you are next to night market and Dragon bridge. You can see fire show from the roof top terrace as well. It is extremely peaceful and quite here, which is so difficult to find in Da Nang, you will be able to sleep until 10 without anyone bothering you. The place is brand new! Probably the best shower pressure I had in 4 months in Vietnam. The super sweet host Thanh Loan is so charming and responsive, I could leave my luggage before checkin, she helped me with delivery orders. They have electric motorbikes for rent as well. Something to keep in mind: place is quite small, but you have whole rooftop nearly for yourself, barely anyone comes there. It is Murphy bed - super convenient. During the day you can lift it up and have all space you need. It is 4th floor, no elevator. Full kitchen, sink in bathroom & terrace.

This apartment and its host were special in the best possible way. When I arrived, the hospitality was like nothing I have experienced before, to be honest. Best way I can think of to describe it would be: it's an experience :) In the following weeks, Tâm was continuously a great host. Above all, the apartment was neat, clean, and the robotic vacuum cleaner + weekly cleaning made sure it stayed that way. The apartment is perfect because it is among the trees and very close to the mall, amusement park, etc. You can just walk to everything. Very nice. In short: I would recommend this apartment (and its host!) without a doubt!
