Holiday rentals with a patio in Kiani Akti

We had an authentic Airbnb experience where friendly&helpful host (Claude) met us at our arrival. The house is spotless clean and very well furnished and equipped with necessary tools if you need to use the kitchen. We ended up eating out more than we planned as all the restaurants nearby are very good! Mezze and Barbounaki Glifada were our favourites. For beach highly recommend Kalamaki, where you pay €10 for a nice sun bed.

Everything was as expected

A home away from home. Fridge filled with drinks and snacks, complete kitchen with coffee and everything you need available, great clean bathroom … And then breakfast with omelette, pastries, fruit and yogurt at the desired time in front of the apartment .. I'll be back

great apartment on the fifth floor. view of mountains and sea. great to watch the ferries coming and going. it was a well decorated modern space. the lift only goes to the 4th floor so there is 1 flight to go up with luggage. if I have a negative, its the space where the bed is, very small and could not be called a bedroom.

Cute spot with a good view and close to the ocean! Had everything we needed and we liked the balcony a lot.

This apartment holds everything you need, From a large balcony surrounding the apartment, cosy saloon and specially sofa, Because the house holds 2 connected balconies there was amazing breeze inside the apartment And specially the sunset and morning light that enters into the apartment. We will definitely return to this apartment at our next visit at this area. The owner was very kindly and responsive for any requirements that we needed.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids. Tarsi arranged a baby crib for our 1-year-old and an ekstra bed for our daughter in the living room. The location is perfect! And the view from the living room is absolute amazing we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking a beer and watching the beautiful diner after the kids had been put to bed☺️ We were also grateful that we could have a late check out on our departure day. We would happily come again and can recommend for others to visit.

Fantastic accommodation in a wonderful situation with great views. You can find sun or shade all day on the balcony and in the courtyard of this lovely house which has a lemon tree in the courtyard for your fresh lemons. The accommodation is very well equipped and very comfortable. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Hydra (lots of steps but not too difficult). Mapia is an excellent host, providing lots of good recommendations and help but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed Mapia’s historical walking tour of Hydra which we highly recommend. I really couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough.

Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. The garden is beautiful too - pool, olive trees, comfortable loungers and bar and dining areas. The area is also fantastic and very child- friendly. Already thinking about when we can return…

Really friendly welcome from Niki! Correct accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean and well-equipped with a nice garden and a pleasant outdoor area for eating meals. Parking space in front of the house. Conveniently located for visiting the surroundings: not far from Epidaurus, 30 min from Methana and Poros, 50 min from Nafplio, 1 hour drive to take the ferry to Hydra. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Andreas' home was very beautiful and he was a great host both during and after checkout. Clean , bright, and exactly as shown in the listing. Highly recommended to all visitors in the area.

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

We were 5 people and our stay in the house was lovely. The host Maro was welcoming, smiling and caring. Her son-in-law was nice and helpful on the phone. She even offered us home-made food and he helped us pick up something we had forgotten at the airbnb after our stay. A proof of care! The house itself is beautiful and very convenient, with a view on the sea and hills, and there is a small beach at walking distance. There are stairs in the house, so it is not fit for people with reduced mobility. I highly recommend this place and the hosts! I would happily go back there.

Very central location, spacious and therefore perfect for two families, friendly and helpful host.

Well to begin with, Ilias is great at communication, which is good when one does not speak Greek like us. But really what stood out for us was the view of the island from the house. We were there for our wedding anniversary and this was perfect. The house is perfectly located, it is high up above the harbor with quick access to the best place to watch the sunset: that promontory with the flag on it. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbor through the narrow streets, with stairs in most places. We did not see that as an issue: on the contrary, there’s lots of pretty corners everywhere, and it is safe. The place has everything, the washer is very convenient, appliances easy to use. We had nice breakfasts and dinners at the private terrace overlooking the town. For our first time in Greece we were very lucky to have this place and this host. Hydra is nice and quiet (no cars) and has many options for dining too. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Konstantina’s place! The house is located in a safe, quiet area, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property was spotlessly clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. Konstantina was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent hospitality!

Amazing stay for my mother from Australia for 5 weeks, close to everything extremely clean, nice neighbourhood walking distance to everything. Size is great for Glyfada very spacious and comfortable. Thank you will stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Its location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We especially loved the large, comfortable outdoor space; we enjoyed spending time out there just as much as we did inside the apartment. Highly recommend!

We have just come back from our wonderful holiday and cannot recommend it more highly. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could need, and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated. Rhodric was really helpful and responded immediately with lots of information. There is also a link to local recommendations, amenities and general info about the property that was brilliant. While you’re not in central Athens, Glyfada is a lovely low key alternative with lots of great restaurants and shops. The apartment is 10mins from the metro straight in to the city centre or 10mins to gorgeous beaches so you really do get the best of both worlds. We’d love to go back again!

Dora was very easy to deal with, very friendly, responsive and welcoming. We were provided with fruit, OJ, water, coffee, bread, butter, honey and wine. All the rooms were very clean. There are two sleeping rooms and one bathroom. The apartment looks newly refurbished. Amenities are excellent. There is a well functioning aircon across the apartment. Across the street, you’ll find a public beach. Within a few minutes’ walking distance, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. If you have a car, you can find parking outside the building. Otherwise, the tram station is nearby and you have easy access to taxis via Freenow. The only little caveat was the noise at night from the main street right behind the apartment. Albeit the apartment is well isolated, some night owls use the street as their race track.

We had a great time in Angeliki's apartment! The view and the large balcony as well as the bright flat are amazing. As we were there in offseason, it was pretty quiet although the coastal street is close. The air conditioning also provided good heating, so it was comfortably warm inside. The kitchen was well equipped compared to other holiday apartments, however it could have been maintained a little more. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment. However we want to point out that the bed in the bedroom towards the seafront was extremely noisy - the first nights we didn't sleep well since the bed squeaked with every slight movement. Normally, I don't criticize beds in hotels because I think everyone has a different taste - but this was unusual.
