Holiday rentals with a patio in Kiani Akti

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were like new. All sheets and duvet covers looked new also.

My friend and I had a very positive experience! Panagiota was incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in answering any questions we had about places to eat, things to do, and all things related to Poros. I would highly recommend booking here!

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

Loved our stay here, the flat is super clean, peaceful and comfortable. Yannis and his mother were really helpful, we had to cut our stay short unfortunately as there was a ferry strike and Yannis was very communicative and refunded us the last days of our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Agistri!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο και στυλατο διαμέρισμα, πολύ ησυχο κοιτάει έναν πράσινο κήπο στην πίσω πλευρά του κτιρίου, σε πολύ καλό σημείο της περιοχής, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από μαγαζάκια για ψώνια και καφέ, και κοντά στην θάλασσα με τα πόδια! Ευκολία για πάρκινγκ. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ο Σπύρος πολύ εξυπηρετικός και γρήγορος στην επικοινωνία. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα, εγώ προσωπικά πήγα για να συγκεντρωθω για εργασία, αλλά θα το ξανακλεινα σίγουρα για διακοπές!

Fantastic accommodation in a wonderful situation with great views. You can find sun or shade all day on the balcony and in the courtyard of this lovely house which has a lemon tree in the courtyard for your fresh lemons. The accommodation is very well equipped and very comfortable. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Hydra (lots of steps but not too difficult). Mapia is an excellent host, providing lots of good recommendations and help but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed Mapia’s historical walking tour of Hydra which we highly recommend. I really couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough.

We had the most fantastic stay here. Αἰκατερίνη was the warmest person and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was exactly what we wanted, beautiful inside and out and those sunsets are to die for. One night we didn’t even leave the porch, just enjoying the sun dive into the water. It was Easter Monday and Αἰκατερίνη even dropped us off some homemade treats she had prepared. We couldn’t believe how much she went the extra mile and it made our stay all the better. If you’re coming to Poros, look no further. Book this place now!

Accueil vraiment amical de la part de Niki! Logement correct pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Propre et bien équipé avec un joli jardin et un espace extérieur agréable pour prendre les repas. Place de stationnement devant la maison. Idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours : pas loin d'Epidaure, 30 min de Methana et Poros, 50 min de Nauplie, 1h00 de route pour prendre le ferry pour Hydra. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrions avec plaisir.

Το κατάλυμα του Ανδρέα ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ ο ίδιος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης τόσο κατά τη διάρκεια όσο κ μετά την αναχώρηση. Καθαρό , φωτεινό κ ακριβώς όπως εμφανίζεται στην καταχώρηση. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους τους επισκέπτες της περιοχής.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Konstantinos’s house. The location is in many ways ideal- close enough to the port to make everything convenient but just removed enough to feel quiet and private. This is clearly the home of a cultivated family, with a collection of books and objects that suggest a refined eye. The house may not be for everyone: there are very steep interior stairs (which don’t have to be used), and no stand-up shower. But otherwise it was a comfortable and pleasant place with a real sense of special-ness.

Leah’s place was really great, we had a very comfortable 6 nights on Hydra. The The host gave us clear instructions pre-check in and great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The island is idyllic and the great location of this accommodation is an added bonus. The host was not on the island during our visit but any queries were dealt with promptly. We also had a lovely neighbor living close by that allowed us join her sunrise yoga class - what a highlight. The only caveat is the stairs to climb to reach the place, it will raise the heart rate slightly. But for us the effort paid off.

Beautiful, cozy apartment adjunct to the main house. Communication was incredible. We had an extremely hard time finding the place, Mapia sent her partner to get us! We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Argyris’s place. He was a very thoughtful host—he helped us get to and from the port and had the house well stocked. The views were amazing and we were able to have breakfast outside. We really enjoyed our time on Spetses.

This place is amazing! we were 10 guests and had 5 full bathrooms and another guest toilet. Awesome views and 3- min drive to coffee shops and grocery stores. Highly recommended!

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, φωτεινό και με γούστο. Μπορούσες να το βρεις εύκολα, ήταν κοντά στο λιμάνι, το πάρκινγκ την αστική συγκοινωνία και τα εστιατόρια. Η θέα σου έφτιαχνε τη διάθεση. Το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό ήταν ότι ήταν τόσο φωτεινό που κάποιος που έχει συνηθίσει να κοιμάται στο σκοτάδι να δυσκολευτεί στον ύπνο.

Great apartment in great neighborhood. The apartment was very private, very clean, and was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend getaway !

Ioannis’s place In Vouliagmeni was superb. Location being between several beaches all within walking distance of the apartment. Ioannis also assisted with transfers to and from the airport which made our journey more comfortable. Athens central is about 30 mins away and a great way to experience to different parts of the city and coastline. Highly recommend this location.

An absolute gem! Avva and her family were so kind and allowed us go store our bags at their family business before check in so we could explore the Island free of luggage. It was a beautifully done room and bathroom with anything you could need. including a washing machine to wash your clothes! The bed was comfortable, and there was such a nice area outside to relax. We really would recommend to anyone coming to Hydra. Plus the location was perfect and close to all of the restaurants and shops on the island. Truly can't say enough about how perfect this place was, and the hosts were so kind and amazing. A 10/10 would do it again for us!

Lo primero: Stavroula es un anfitrión muy amable y con fue muy fácil y rápido comunicarse. Nos dio mucha y muy buena información y consejos. 10 sobre 10. El departamento es muy cómodo y estaba impecable. Tal como se ve en las fotos. El aire acondicionado y los baños funcionaban a la perfección, lo mismo que el internet. Excelentes instalaciones. Lo único que debe tenerse en cuenta es que no está sobre la playa sino a tres o cuatro cuadras de un puerto bonito. La reseña de Stavroula no dice que esté en la playa, pero creo que lo inferí de ver las fotos. Hay playas hermosas muy cerca y Stavroula nos dio todos los detalles, pero al comienzo nos sorprendió porque, quizás equivocadamente, supuse que la ubicación era otra. De cualquier forma, todo estuvo excelente.

Theoni's apartment is just wonderful! Highly recommend it to anyone coming to Athens Riviera! Varkiza is a cute little town offering it all: good restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and a fantastic beach. Best thing is: all reachable by foot within some minutes from the apartment. Theonie immediately replies to all messages and is very proactive, friendly and caring: just a super great host, like her fantastic apartment! I felt like at home... Once again: highly recommended! :-)
