SPECTACULAR STAY! I wish there was something more profound to say. This was one of the best stays I've experienced. The views at the condo were breathtaking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, very peaceful. The condo was beautifully equipped with everything you could need. The beach area was super clean. The resort was well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Margaret was a top notch host. I miss the IOP already!

Very nice place! Easy to walk to everything. Grocery store very close and multiple restaurants within a half mile to walk. Would recommend to anyone.

For a girls 60th Birthday celebration trip, Joanie’s was exactly what we needed Close to Charleston, comfortable balcony over looking the beach/ocean where many memories were shared. Each room had a full bath, kitchen had enough to do our minimal cooking. We did fly in so we did not have access to beach chairs, they did rent them in front of the Blu restaurant if you were willing to pay. Overall Joanie’s made our trip a memorable and comfortable. I would definitely rent this again.

Great place for a peaceful weekend with something for everyone in the family! Beach, pool, fishing. The condo was very clean and had everything we could need for the weekend. Very comfy for our family of three.

We had such a great time here for a long weekend getaway. Our family had plenty of space in a great location. We loved walking into Folly Beach daily for lunch and not having to use a car. Kevin’s place was the perfect mix of beach and privacy. We’ll definitely visit again.

Peaceful vacation spot! Went for a short trip to the beach with my pup and was the perfect place for someone traveling solo or with a family. I felt safe in the gated community but also enough privacy to feel peaceful especially out on the patio. The house was clean, well stocked with essentials and felt right at home. Was about an 18 minute walk to the beach out the back gate so perfect for a walk on the beach with the pups but if you have beach gear definitely better to drive which is less than 5 minutes from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying here, it was a beautiful location and space. The condo was clean and the bed very comfortable.

My family stayed at Sarah's Fripp Island villa for 5 days including Christmas. She decorated the place for the holidays, which was festive and fun. We had a few rainy days while we were there, so we stayed inside playing board games and enjoyed the marsh view from their screened-in porch. The well stocked kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals, and the dishwasher was helpful for cleanup. We went on some nice walks on the island, and had a magnificent sunset looking out towards Pritchard's Island while watching dolphins feeding in the inlet. The beach was very close to the villa, and it was great taking our dog on a walk there. We appreciated that the villa was pet friendly. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at Sarah's place. We highly recommend it.

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated the detailed instructions for check in and parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to King St.

My husband and I loved our stay at Pelican Watch! It was a great location with super easy access to the beach. We brought our dog who enjoyed playing on the beach and long walks around the island. The condo was super clean and felt very homey. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The location was perfectly situated to downtown Folleys as well as the beach. Only a short Uber ride to Charleston. The townhome was perfect for two couples. We would definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful condo. Very well furnished and comfortable. This stay was with my sister and we both had comfortable bedrooms and our own bath. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We had a great view of the Atlantic. Very peaceful stay.

The decor and accommodations are so much more amazing than described. It was TOO nice for a group of teen boys on spring break. Lol I ended up moving the beautiful pillows and spreads to my room for the duration (chaperone). Three bathrooms was a dream, as was the artwork and decor. I would def return for a girls trip or alone. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

Loved this condo! The location was amazing, loved the access to the pool. We really enjoyed the free concert every night! So much fun to sit on the patio of our condo with a yummy dinner and live music. All communication was great and the place was super clean. We’ll be back!

My two friends and I had a great long weekend at this lovely place in Charleston! It was great to have three bedrooms with super comfy beds, and we loved the neighborhood - lots of delicious restaurants and coffee shops. The hosts were extremely responsive with any questions that came up and made the trip smooth sailing the whole time.
