This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Originally built in the 1930s as a fishing cabin, "The Lure" was completely renovated in 2021 to be your ultimate couples getaway. Do it all or do nothing at all on your private water-front deck. Relax by the fire, sit on the deck and watch the sun reflect off of the extremely quiet and serene glacial "round pond", or paddle around on the house canoe. We offer a private ground floor suite, with a private entrance, in our contemporary mountain house. We live on site, and are available if needed, but respect our guests privacy! We only have contact when I show guests how to operate the hot tub. It's only 3 miles from Interstate 80, which makes getting hear a breeze, and from here it's only a short drive to all that the Poconos has to offer. Hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, skiing, just to name a few!
