Monthly Rentals in Kifisia

Our third stay in during the last year in this lovely apartment to visit our son and granddaughter who live in Kifisia. It's a great place, everything you need, comfortable bed, good shops nearby. What not to like. We're already looking forward to our next stay here in May. Thank you Christos.

Anna’s place is very cosy and offers all amenities you expect. It is located in a residential area and very close to the subway station which allows to reach the Athens center within 30 min. Within 10min by foot there are various shops and dining offers. Parking is easy in the streets nearby.

Are you looking for a quite place to stay while visiting Athens? Stephanie’s place is a great choice. I loved the attention to detail, the custom wooden cabinetry, and the apartment’s abundant storage space. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the shaded sitting area just outside the front door was great for relaxing. Tucked away on the grounds of a gated home, I felt safe and secure here. Stephanie’s place is just a short walk away from the Metro, a major bus stop, small shops, cafes, and shopping. Stephanie is a great host who provided suggestions on places to go, and things to see. She also checked in a few times during my stay to see if I needed anything. Stephanie is easy to talk with and these check ins often expanded into conversations about local history, and other interesting things. My stay here was “perfect!” Thanks, Stephanie:)

Antonios’s apartment was perfect for my need. Clean, beautifully decorated and exactly like the photos. He gave detailed instructions for a smooth check in and although I needed nothing, I didn’t doubt that if I had, he would have been responsive. Very friendly.
