Monthly Rentals in Kilburn

Things I liked; A great quiet, safe, clean, spacious unit. Very comfy bed. Excellent use of space. Full kitchen and they had my favourite milk in the fridge. Walking distance to shops and public transport. I particularly recommend to a person travelling for work, interstate for wedding, and looking for quiet alternative to hotel room.

The room was easy to find and enter with clear instructions. Exactly as described and shown in photos. Provides off street parking which was very important to me. Perfect for my short stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful and nice and airy. The gardens were great for the kids and huge. We feel very safe and right at home. Everything you needed was there - washing machine and clothes line came in very handy. Lots of parks, shops and food options within walking distance. Awesome Cafe literally a few houses away. We couldn't fault our stay. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy to get to public transport and to get to main highways. We asked for a portacot and it was all set up ready for sheets and I was so thankful after a day of travelking. Host Sarah was so helpful and responsive. We are a family of 4 and will happily be back again. Thank you.

This was an excellent stay! The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond, which made everything easy. The house was very clean, especially the kitchen, which was spotless and well-organized. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing. Check-in was simple and smooth. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place.
