Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes from the A9 and 25 minutes from the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. Both lakes can be reached within 10–15 minutes by bike. Fully equipped kitchen. Local village shop within walking distance. I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

The modern, bright attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the outskirts of Dietfurt. There is a spacious kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner tub as well as balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is a top priority for us (conscious waiver of Wi-Fi). The apartment has a LAN connection. A car parking lot is right in front of the house. A public playground is right opposite the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animal-free.

Self-contained flat, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the self-contained flat, invites you to linger comfortably. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train, which takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes.

Ingolstadt (Old Town, a former bakery house)

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.
