Holiday rentals with a patio in Brooklyn

Rented this penthouse for four couples for the five borough bike tour. It was just what we were looking for. We spent most of our time on the porch with a view of Manhattan. It was clean, we could cook, and there is a grocery store one block away. This worked well for us.

We loved staying at Chris’ place. Check in was easy and appreciated. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, local transit to the city. The only thing we didn’t account for was the $35 daily at each exiting and entering for the parking garage, if you left the garage the amount already paid doesn’t cover the rest of the day and you have to pay again. We tried to find street parking often with no luck, so this amount added up quickly. Other than that, we’d highly recommend.

loved jon’s place as my home in bed stuy for a short but busy trip! the bed was comfortable, home was incredibly spacious and well appointed, and jon was a great communicator and accommodating host. thank you for everything jon! looking forward to future stays :)

We had a pleasant stay at Vida’s property. The space was clean, comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient for our needs. Vida was a very responsive host and assisted us right away when we had some trouble with check in or had other questions.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host had fantastic communication from start to finish — super responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The space itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was perfect too — just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This apartment is gorgeous, airy and quiet for a Brooklyn stay. The rooftop deck is ideal for a sunny afternoon with orange wine. The neighborhood is not the most happening place in Brooklyn (Bed-Stuy adjacent) but it is still walkable to good spots and the train is also a short walk away which can get you anywhere. I loved and relied on the guestbook that was left for us. Allowed me to not have to utilize my phone to find places in the neighborhood to eat or grab coffee. Take not that there is only ONE air conditioning unit in the central room and the bedrooms can get pretty warm at night. Personally couldn’t stay in the summer. Would stay again otherwise!

Fantastic place! Clean, private, and walkable to public transit, great restaurants, and some of our favorite neighborhoods in the city. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was as described. Adam was an exceptional host too. He was proactive and communicated clearly, gave us great tips and suggestions about places to visit in the area, and responded promptly whenever we reached out. We'd definitely stay here again!

My friends and I loved it here! Plenty of space. Nice patio. Safe neighborhood with fairly easy parking. Short walk to bus Deyana was a great host! Would definitely stay again!

Jami was a pleasure to work with and was so responsive. Great place; quiet and well adorned. And an easy walk to the Path and Ferries. We did it each day with kids ranging from 5-15.

This Airbnb was great, it was so spacious and very well kept. I spent my birthday weekend here and it was amazing. The host was very quick with his responses and we got everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here

This was a great place for a long weekend to visit our daughter in park slope; and a quiet street despite being just a block from Barclays Center. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and not far from Prospect Park.

This place was perfect for our team trip! It was clean, easy check-in, great location!!! Jonathan was super responsive and acomodating. The only issue was there was not any cushions for the rooftop furniture, but we made due. Would definitely come back!

Shana’s place is beautiful and very spacious…much better than the pics! We needed extra linen and a blanket cos of adult kids and Shana was great in her response and provided everything the same day ! Beds were comfortable. One of my kids slept on the couch and that wasn’t too bad either. There was quite a bit of noise on our second night in the front bedroom but that’s a price to pay for being centrally located. Subways were easy to catch yo everywhere. Thank you Shana. Loved your place.

I would highly recommend staying at Jennifer’s place. I stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting New York from the UK. The subway is close by so you can get into the city easily. There’s also lots of great places nearby if you want to stay local. Her place is very clean and smells lovely! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. She has an nespresso machine which I was very grateful of. Jennifer is really friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I felt very welcomed and safe. I hope to be back one day!

Amazing place and stay! I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a great time staying at Hai’s! He sent us all the info we needed beforehand and was very accommodating as I updated him on our check-in time. The location was easy to find, and the instructions to enter the apartment clear. We especially enjoyed hanging with the two friendly cats, who proved to be excellent sleep companions!

Thomas was a great host! He was super helpful and responsive! Apartment was in a cute neighborhood near a park with citi bikes right outside which we loved! Would recommend!

The apartment is in a great location for relaxing but also seeing the city. The pictures truly don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! There was so much space and the bed is super comfy. Everything about the apartment is cosy and the interior makes it feel like home away from home. The views and mood lighting are beyond words, 11/10. Very quick and responsive with communication and always there to help!Would recommend this place to anyone and would love to hopefully stay again :)

The hose was Cosy, we really enjoyed it! The hosts were nice and gave us good recommendations. Great place for a family or anyone looking for a save and peaceful surroundings, but still with a lot of stuff to do around and a great connection to New York

Amazing location, spotless apartment and kind host. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more when we went back to visit Brooklyn with our infant. Harris was responsive and kind and we felt immediately at home. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we visit Brooklyn!
