Room is just as pictured. Neighborhood with a lot of corner stores and restaurants. Michael was very responsive and I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment has a chill yet sophisticated vibe — super comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and in a peaceful neighborhood with barely any noise. The natural light from the window beside the bed was a daily highlight — it made mornings feel warm and refreshing. Muhan keeps the place spotless — everything was clean, well-maintained, and clutter-free despite being fully stocked with what you’d need. Muhan was an amazing host — always responsive, kind, and great to talk to. I really enjoyed our end-of-day chats about how my day went in New York. The in-unit laundry and stocked kitchen made my stay so much easier, especially on days I just wanted to unwind. Since Muhan actually lives here, the apartment feels lived-in in the best way — welcoming, functional, and full of small comforts. It truly exceeded my expectations, even beyond what I imagined from the listing. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return when I’m back in New York.

Our room was clean and exactly as described. We loved the area, lots of mexican and guatemalan restaurants and easy access to the L train with bars and thrift shops minutes away. The rest of the apartment wasn’t the tidiest but we didn’t mind as we were out all day and just needed somewhere nice to sleep and the room was perfect. Our host Ronan was so kind and welcoming and we really enjoyed getting to know him!

I enjoyed my stay at Casey's place. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen or living room, but they appeared to be very clean and well appointed. The location was very good for me. I like the East Village, and the F train is close by. I met both Casey and his roommate and they were very nice. I would definitely return if the opportunity came up.

I spent 3 nights here while visiting Staten Island unexpectedly for a family situation. The location was great, only 3 blocks to the best bakery on the Island (Royal Crown). The street was very quiet and felt safe. Lots of parking. The unit is a standalone (no shared walls), so it was very quiet. It was also very clean. I was up and out early each day and home late, so didn't get a chance to cook. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked and was clean. If you are looking for something small and basic, I would recommend it.

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Joseph and family were very welcoming. It was easy to find And Easy to park in the gated driveway. Definitely an extra perk to have your car parked there behind the gate. The courtyard is very nice with a glass table and chairs to enjoy. The Dog on the property was sleepy and nice! The basketball hoop and basketball for my son was great! The house was extremely clean! Very nice linens, lots of extra towels. The place definitely had everything we needed! Joseph was very patient and easy to communicate with, as we were super confused about the bus schedule and how to buy tickets, but he took lots of time to explain everything to us! The location is really great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square! There’s a little shop you can see from the front of the house that you can get necessities and there is a great little Colombian restaurant near by so delicious!

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in! Defina! Was a phenomenal host, attended to every need! Was very responsive! And let’s not talk about the hospitality! We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday @ American Dream! She made sure we were accommodated well! Frigerator stocked! House well stocked with linens! Honesty is the key with her! Perfect location, charming place, amazing host. I would book this place again! It was super easy to catch the 126 into the city and all the restaurants were super close. Polly was an amazing host and was super responsive. The place was cute and has everything we needed.

Absolute heart recommendation!!! We stayed with Arnol and Ruben for a week and felt right at home. Both are super friendly, very open-minded and very eager to make the stay the best possible for you. The place was sparkling clean and the room super nice. You have your own bathroom with shower and an additional small guest toilet. In the area you feel very safe and would book the place again at any time. In my opinion, it's not better value. 🥰 Thank you both for enriching our stay in New York!

We really enjoyed our stay - it's an extremely spacious and comfortable suite, within easy reach of NYC, Hoboken etc and incredible views of Manhattan. Both Philip and Gio were very helpful and approachable - and provided a 5 Star service. Highly recommended.

Alex and Tatiany are super welcoming! They can give advice about the city! There were even small hygiene products in the room . The accommodation is a stone's throw away from the central park ideal for those who want to explore Manhattan! Thank you very much for your hospitality
