A unique holiday home, self contained with own kitchen and bathroom. Located within gardens of hosts home with outdoor seating and BBQ for your use. Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.
