Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Nevada

The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

Stayed with a few friends while visiting local ski resorts (this place is just 20 mins from Rose). Unbelievable views of the sun setting over the mountains. Although there are neighboring houses, you can't see them from the backyard (hot tub, patio) so still felt super private. Hosts were incredibly responsive, never took more than 15 mins to reply at any hour of the day. The hot tub was out of commission for our first night but was fixed the next morning and the hosts promptly issued a sizable refund without me even asking. 5 stars.

Beautiful Home and neighborhood! The host was responsive and helpful ! There was an issue with television and with a little collaboration it was resolved. The backyard is quaint, yet perfectly situated and beautiful! Our toddler loved the pool being more his size and not overwhelming. Truly loved the area in Summerlin. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful well maintained home away for home! Would definitely stay again!

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Would highly recommend. Was a short drive to Death Valley and just outside of town where there a lot of shops , casinos and restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to Red Rock Canyon. It is not as close as it appears on the airbnb map, but it still very conveniente and great value! Beds are very comfortable.

5🌟 Experience! First and foremost, Sara communicates with great detail, easy to reach, and very friendly! The home is beautifully designed as if it's on HGTV. Each room is well-lit, spacious, and has a private restroom for guests! Sara gave us access to the garage, the pool, and the spa... with detailed instructions on how to operate them all! The kitchen was my absolute favorite part of the home because it's spacious, well lit, and the cabinets are filled with anything you may need during your stay! My girls and I really enjoyed Las Vegas and everything we did but the main conversation consistently was how beautiful the house is. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Sara!

The house was great for our large group of 14. Location is easy for accessing the strip or Fremont st. The game room is great as is the back yard for activities while staying in. Buyer beware that despite being listed as house with heated pool, there is an undisclosed daily fee to heat the pool that we were not told about until 3 days before check in and after the cancelation period. I was provided a menu of "optional amenities" that based on the listing appeared to be included in the price. We had several issues with the pool lights not working and the heat turning off in the pool. The host was very responsive and came out twice during our stay to fix the issues which was much appreciated. It did leave a sour taste from the outset to get a surprise list of additional fees that were unexpected, so be sure to inquire before your cancelation period closes as the costs were not an insignificant amount of money to add to the listing.

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

Netanel’s place was clean, well kept, and had a big back yard. Definitely felt right at home. The area was quiet and peaceful. Close enough to get to the strip or downtown Vegas. Would definitely stay here again!

Caution I never had this before but host makes you fill out a $500 deposit via a 3rd party system in order to get access. Not a problem but worth noting. Overall me and my family had a great time and the house and location were as described. But got I’d rate this a 3 star kind of house with amenities and accommodations. Hot tub was great but very slippery deck if there over snow season with kids. We had great snow over 3ft. Mostly positive experience and a great family place to stay. We will be back and would recommend.

This place is a really great value, especially compared to some of the other places you could rent in Southlake Tahoe. Yes there are steps, but they’re really nothing much. And the place was very clean for us. With the steps you get epic views.

Great mountain getaway

First time in Tahoe to ski. This place was amazing!! Loved the location, the house was great, so comfy and cozy, loved the beds, and perfect for our family of 4. The view was amazing! Loved sitting on the back patio taking in the view and watching the sunset! The location was great to either Boulder or Stagecoach lifts to ski Heavenly!! Bill & Ashely were amazing hosts and so quick to respond to my couple of questions. Can't say enough great things about this place! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Tess was very responsive and went out of her way to provide flexibility on check in and check out times. The place was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fire place and hot tub. The area was also great and convenient to lots of things. Would recommend to others!

It’s not really walking distance to the mountain. But it’s very easy to drive around the loop. Whatever it lost from walkability it made up tenfold with its views. Breathtaking views of the valley below that made sunsets, sunrises, and night stars a special experience every night

We took our grands who live in AZ up to the “Tahoe Cabin”. They had a blast playing and sledding nearby for the couple days we stayed. There was absolutely nothing we needed to bring (except for our food). The house as everything else you need! It is Exactly as pictured with comfy furniture and beds, plenty of extra blankets if you needed. The kitchen has dishes and silverware for 10+ people and cookware to make virtually any dish! You will definitely enjoy this house!

Wonderful stay! Great location and the description accurately reflected the experience. If anything, it was even better! Had great amenities and we had everything we needed for our stay. Brittany was super responsive and helpful. One of my best Airbnb experiences!!
