Sit on the front porch watching people go by and gaze at the old Dutch church. This unit is in a townhouse built in the 1890s with vintage details including ornamental ceilings, a bay window and decorative fireplaces alongside contemporary artwork. Entire 900sqf 1st floor unit. Includes 1 bedroom(Queen), private kitchen/dinning room, living room and a bathroom. The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The apartment is in the heart of historic uptown Kingston. It’s within walking distance of many of the sights of the uptown Stockade district of New York’s first capital. Explore the weekend farmers’ market, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible by bus or by car. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Renovated apartment in midtown Kingston

Our renovated Kingston apartment. House was built in 1888 and has been lovingly renewed and restored. We fussed over every detail and tried to make the space as comfortable and inviting as we could. Many of the furniture pieces we made, or restored. We refinished the old floors and completed re jigged the layout for a more open plan, connected living space. Kitchen and bathroom are completely brand new! The house is in the middle of everything Kingston, and the HV has to offer.
