It's cute and cosy as well as being close to parks, shops, cafes, public transport and the Melbourne CBD, a quick train ride from Seddon station. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.
