The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. The location is excellent; quiet but close to amenities and transport into town. Di was a sensational host, and the house had the best home feel we have ever had in an air bnb experience. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this air BnB.

The house has everything you could ever need for you’re stay plenty of space for everyone and the terrace and garden were amazing to sit out in the sun and the fully enclosed garden gives you peace of mind when taking dogs and kids. Would definitely recommend!!

This was an outstanding property. They have made an excellent job of the refurbishment and it was interesting so see the before and after pics in the book. Great location within walkable distance to lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. It may seem expensive but when you measure it against hotel rooms for 4 couples it actually was pretty good value . There are quite a few steps up to the front door and there is only a shower on the second floor and a bathroom on the first. My 86 year old mum managed but it’s not a good fit for people who are less able . We were attending my son’s wedding in the botanic gardens so this was ideal. Donna was an outstanding host and was so helpful and flexible.

Really lovely place to spend some time with the family - ground floor access was perfect for the less mobile members of our party and the underfloor heating was great! So quiet and away from it all and great for the dogs as well - plenty of enclosed space for them to run about and not far from some lovely country walks. A few minor niggles with the property but nothing to detract from the scale of the place. We were a party of 7 and it could easily sleep 10.

A great place to stay when visiting the North Berwick and Gullane area. Everything we needed and more. The house is ideal for golfers. Communication with Clare was easy and she’s really helpful. Will definitely stay here again

The host with friendly, kind and always helpful. We did not want to leave this place was amazing and so relaxing. Just what the doctor ordered. Exceptional

What a great place to stay for a visit to Edinburgh. The place was as described in a quieter than expected area of town yet very close to many shops, restaurants and pubs. Walkable to many of the other places to see in the center of the city as well. We were provided with recommendations for things in that area and a very nice welcome basket. Very roomy place as well on multiple levels which worked very well for our group. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to Scotland.

The flat was in a very convenient location for exploring Edinburgh. Close to public transportation, great for walking to all the major tourist attractions. It had all the amenities we required and then some. Chris was very down to earth, chatty and helpful. Beware the stairs!

This place is stunning! Beautifully furnished with nearly everything you could think of to make your stay perfect. Seating/lounge areas were warm and welcoming and the dining table a treat to use. The kitchen had all the utensils you’d need, with more than enough crockery and two dishwashers! The whole place was spotless, couldn’t recommend highly enough. Just wonderful for our family get-together.

The house is beautiful and Dr. Bob a great host. There are a lot of books and Scottish music in the house, so you have lots indoors if you skip sightseeing on a rainy day in Perthshire. The location is great and so are the surroundings with river Tay flowing a short distance away. Dr. Bob was quick to respond when needed and his messages made us feel welcomed. We had great memories during the 5 nights stay. Thank you Dr. Bob.

Beautiful house with loads of space, great big sociable kitchen which we made good use of as we were a big multi generation family group . We loved the lounge area with the open fire and views over the garden . The hot tub was welcomed by the younger branch of our group. Such a lovely area to stay in, the distillery near by and local walks. Further afield we loved exploring Aberfeldy and Kenmore . Stirling is in easy distance as well as castle Doune . It certainly was a memorable new year break for us and we will be returning to the area as there is so much more to explore .

We really enjoyed our stay at Hen Pen. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the open plan kitchen living and dining area and the garden was great for our grandson and our daughter's dog. The bedrooms were lovely and having three toilets /showers was great as there were 6 of us. It was very kind of Helen to leave us a generous welcome pack. Would definitely love to come back. This is an ideal place for a family get together. we were 6 adults, a 17 month old and a dog. The interior had loads of space for all and all the beds were comfy. There are lots of places to walk on the property with the dog and a lovely lawn area outside the house for the little one to play on. We had the pizzas on the Saturday night which made sorting out food really easy as we'd eaten out at lunchtime. Definitely worth giving them a go. The house is only a short five from Leven and Cupar were you'll find shops and restaurants. Great golf courses jearby as well. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

An idyllic location, and beautiful home. We felt welcome and relaxed right away, thanks to Jonquil and Simon's clear instructions, and easy going presence on the property. The cute baby cows and lambs nearby added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here! There was lots of communal space, and a great kitchen for catering for so many people! It was wonderful to have a bathroom attached to every bedroom. Crieff had all the shops we needed a short drive away, and the area was lovely to explore.

A fantastic home away from home to celebrate a special occasion with a group of friends!! Great for all ages, and so well catered for children!! Would definitely recommend!!!

10/10 Stay! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Sir Stuart’s house. Everything was perfect from start to finish—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable for the whole family. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond by giving us a personal tour of Fingask, which was a real highlight of the trip. We all loved it so much that we’re already looking at dates to return once the weather warms up. Highly recommend!
