Everything is spotless, but since it is near the mosque, there is a lot of noise at dawn, and it is very inconvenient to enter on a dirt road. Excluding this, it's a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at this house. It’s located within a 7-8 minute walk from Coco beach. It’s a super safe neighborhood where you can walk any hour of the day without any concern. The host is extraordinarily communicative and friendly, and he solved any question or small issue we had immediately. The house itself is in pristine condition and is very well equipped, especially for cooking. Good TV/sound bar system as well. There is a huge gym called Colosseum within walking distance from the house. I can highly recommend this place.

Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Emmanuel is super host, always available for any issue, very clean and cozy, fast wifi, good air con & Netflix, good location, Highly recommended , will return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Victor. The house was exactly as we expected. Lovely comfortable beds. Victor is a great host. We had a long journey before our stay and he cooked us a delicious chicken pasta meal for our arrival. We had very few issues during our stay but when we did have a problem Victor responded almost straight away. My main compliment is that Victor really cares about his property and his guests. Genuinely really nice guy and we couldn’t recommend him and his property any higher than to say that if and when we are in Dar again, Victor will be our first call for accommodation. We fumigated our house and needed a place to stay with my older parents. This place was really great for us. The host was super helpful. Highly recommend this place for a family stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Judith’s place! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was in perfect condition and well-maintained. We’ve found a second home in Dar es Salaam, and we’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend it❤️

Sarah’s place was perfect. It was comfortable plenty of room for the two of us easy to get to local restaurants and swimming at the yacht club. Am so thankful for the opportunity to stay there. Can’t wait to return.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment upstairs in one of the houses on the compound. The garden is beautiful, it is a quiet and safe area. It was fun to go across to the football field in the evenings and watch the local games. A local farmer sells fresh delicious yogurt across the lane.. There is lovely choir music on Saturday aft / Sunday mornings. The apartment was comfortable and all services as described in the posting were provided. The balcony was lovely to use in the evenings to catch the cool breeze. The on-site staff were wonderful and were quick to respond to all questions and requests. Grace also responded quickly to any questions. The small road leading to the apartment is a bit rough but okay to walk/drive slowly. It is good to have transport if you want to access the larger supermarkets and restaurants, but there are plenty of local shops within walking distance. Local transport is also available close by. I would recommend Grace and Bengt's place.

Attu's place is located in very safe street close by to the police station, security guarded and monitored with CCTV 24/7. The landscape and garden outside are well maintained which provide a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essential utensils for cooking, eating and coffee making. The internal decor and amenities are of high quality designed to give you a sense of luxury and value. The room is spacious with Queen size bed, and I found the mattress to be very comfy covered with very clean sheets. She has installed water system that ensure the water running in the house is clean and safe, the water from the tap is portable. Reliable power with standby generator. I had warm welcoming to the house especially from Mama Agnes who always available whenever you need her help. The host respond swiftly, and she is ready to go extra miles to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. This is one of the gems in town and I would recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It’s very spacious! The host (Allan) was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Allan is very accommodating and always responsive to any questions or requests. A special mention to the cleaning lady, who did an excellent job each time we asked for the house to be cleaned and even took care of our laundry(you just have to ask a day ahead). I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Magdalena’s apartment by the ocean! We were 3 adults and one infant, and the place worked great for us. Only issue was that the window screens had holes in them, and mosquitos got in if we didn’t close the glass in the evening, so we had to use air conditioning all the time. Also, after the initial electricity balance we had to pay for additional electricity. This could be mentioned in the listing details.

This place is super cozy and it matches both the description and pictures. The kitchen has everything you would need for a short stay. The view of the garden was a lovely surprise and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nancy's place is wonderful. It was easy to locate. All amenities were available. My colleagues and I had a wonderful time there. I would definately book this apartment again whenever I come to Dar Es Salam. The assistance at the building was quick. Wonderful place.

I had a great weekend away with my family at this facility, it was a home away from home. A very good, clean and well taken care home which was friendly for not only Adults but Children too. Nourmaniy was an amazing host, I got everything I needed as quick as I expected. If you are looking for a home for you or your family, this one is the right place.

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! Nanyorri's place is a favorite of ours. Very clean and has everything you need. The host is always friendly and very proactive at responding quickly. Would certainly recommend this airbnb.

This is a peaceful little apartment that had everything we needed. A few floors upstairs. A/C, washer machine, and access to the roof with a view of the ocean. We walked on the beach.

Great service as always. Very responsive, helpful, and flexible. They really go above and beyond.
