The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 sofa couch, and 1 single blow up mattress or your choice of a Queen blow up mattress that you would have to request. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the popular Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the lovely Riverwalk and 7 miles to Wrightsville Beach. I have crafted the upper floor apartment from reclaimed materials. You will enjoy charming serenity.
