Holiday rentals with a kayak in Kissimmee

My family and I stayed at this place for 15 days and surprised our expectations, we didn't lack anything, the neighbors made no noise, the acoustic comfort was great. The beds are very comfortable, all the Smart Samsung TVs, the Internet worked perfectly, the cable TV is very good. The sunrise view on the balcony is a gift from God with that lake and walking through Storey Lake at sunset was also wonderful. I did not use the clubhouse because we were during the time it snowed in Florida, so this cold also arrived in Orlando. The heating/ air conditioned town hall worked perfectly. We already make plans to return by the end of 2025. Thank you Carla for everything.

We had a wonderful time in the short time we where there. One of a kind stay! Perfect stay for family, fishing, or even a couples getaway! We caught a brim off the dock. Beautiful sunrises. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of extra towels and linens. I highly recommend. :)

It’s a great stay for family and group. Absolutely worth what you paid. The lake view is awesome, we have a lot of fun there. Thanks for providing the crib for my little girl.

Beautiful place and great for family. 19 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 18 minutes to Hollywood Studios. Gated with a guard. The pool and water park were wonderful. Better than the pictures. There were a couple of things to know-no wash clothes or bath mats to step out of the bath. Kitchen was great but no dish soap or dishwasher soap, no napkins, which he is not obligated to supply. Just letting you know what to bring. We will return in February and stay again here.

Awesome place to stay! It’s always a little nerve racking staying at a place with the owner but we felt very welcomed and really felt we had the place to ourselves. Very clean, comfortable bed, fast internet made it easy to knock out some work before getting to enjoy the day and everything was as advertised or better. Great communication with easy check in/check out. Really enjoyed paddle boarding around the lake(no alligators were seen lol) but plenty of fish and other wildlife to enjoy. They are currently building a new dock and it’s going to be even better! Would absolutely stay here again

The townhouse was nice and clean. Azizat was very responsive and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Wonderful place to unwind after longs days at the park . The beds were amazing , kitchen well equipped , but what we really enjoyed was the outdoor spaces . Had an amazing stay and minutes from Universal . Highly recommend

The entire experience was great! Host responded to all my questions within mins; house was clean, very comfortable, well stocked and very spacious. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area

High quality place - furnishings were above average. Pool and recreation area were perfect for kids.
