Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 24+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Adorable cottage located on Ostrich Bay with a beautiful view of the water and the Olympic mountains. The cottage is a quiet oasis with access to a beach and flagstone patio for watching blue heron, seals, and bald eagles, or just enjoying the sunset. Minutes to the Seattle ferry, Dickerson Waterfall, the Puget Sound Navel Shipyard, or day trip to Olympic National Park or Mt. Rainier!
