Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The Almresi hut is the ideal place to enjoy the mountains. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer. The ski slope is only a few meters away and you can start hiking right from the cottage. The Almresi Hut invites you to cozy evenings in front of Karmin as well as to beautiful sunny hours in the hammocks. In summer there is also the summer toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. ATTENTION for bed linen and towels may apply an extra fee!!

Welcome to winter at Chalet 307 at Turracher Höhe🏔️⛷️❄️. We are located in the center of Turracher Höhe. A cozy 2-bedroom chalet for up to 5 in Austria’s fairytale destination. Just a short walk (5 minutes) and you can enter the slopes. The big advantage of this location is, that the beautiful Turrachersee with different bars and restaurants around is reachable within a few walking minutes. Our doors are open for you, all year round.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. The Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is within 2 minutes. Ski tours or snowshoeing along the snowy ski slopes or in the woods are also welcome.
