Very quiet with great views

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

Private Guesthouse for Short Holidays

Between the town Klagenfurt and the lake Wörthersee, our home is situated in a quiet residential area 6 km from Klagenfurt center and 3km from the beautiful Wörthersee. It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

Apartment near the stadium

The bright and friendly guest house is located in Viktring, directly on the bike path. In just 10 minutes at Wörthersee. In 10 minutes in the city and in just 2 minutes at the stadium. Bus station about 100 meters away. In the middle of nature, surrounded by fields with mountain views. There is a large comfortable queen size bed, if you book with a third we can provide a mattress on the floor (of course with bedding). Of course, there is also a bed for our animal guests on request.
