Bei der Gestaltung des Chill Home war es unser Hauptziel, einen kleinen Rückzugsort zu schaffen, der echte Entspannung ermöglicht – gemütlich und heimelig. Trotz seiner Größe von nur 27 m² enthält er alles, was für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Gäste das Chill Zone-Gefühl erleben werden! Jeder unserer Gäste erhält einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz, und die Wohnung ist zudem mit Internetzugang und einem kostenlosen Netflix-Konto ausgestattet.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

It offers 5 rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area. Eine wunderschön eingerichtetes intimes Paradies mit Fernblick im ersten Stock für einen romantischen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

My home is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the protected landscape area. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You'll love my place if you're looking for the original, prefer closeness to nature, love living by the water, and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
