There is an outdoor barbecue area with seating, and inside the house there is a snooker table, darts, and a Partyboss sound system with a microphone. The house also has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a table tennis table. It is possible to book 2 e-bikes in advance. The house is by a busy road. There are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park in the car park by the church. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river with nice privacy and just nature.

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

The maisonette apartment is located at the highest point of the village of Loučná at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Klínovec and Fichtelberg. You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.
