Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

You will live here in the center with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the train station. The surroundings are perfect for walks, bike rides and excursions into the Vienna Woods area!

In the protected biosphere park Wienerwald, our spacious single-family home is located in a large garden on the edge of a small village, just 20 minutes by car from Vienna. In the immediate vicinity is a large forest area, and the neighboring village is Heiligenkreuz with the famous 700-year-old Cistercian monastery. The imperial hunting lodge Mayerling (tragedy about Crown Prince Rudolf) and the thermal city of Baden with the approach through the lovely Helenental can be reached in short trips.

From the balcony and the upper living room, you can enjoy lovely views of the Wienerwald.
