The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

The house is located 500 m from Lake Arendsee on the edge of the quiet bungalow estate. 5 min walk to Lake Arendsee, so absolutely close to the lake. The tiny house has a total of 44 sqm plus sauna (extra charge). It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven and stove, dining table and a cozy living room corner with smart TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house. The house is cozy and open with large windows. It is heated with modern underfloor heating.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

The bright living room has been designed with natural materials and large windows create a harmonious connection to the surrounding nature, so that you immediately feel at home.

The entire building was extensively renovated in accordance with the Far Eastern harmony teachings of Feng Shui and using high-quality natural materials (clay, wood). Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Hier könnt ihr euch nach Ankunft vor dem Haus entspannen und dem Himmel bei seinem bunten Farbenspiel zuschauen. Ruhe ist hier garantiert. Typische Geräusche sind hier die Eulen am Abend und die Trecker am Morgen. Auch Reh, Hase, Fasan oder Storch kommen oft vorbei.
