Bedroom very quiet to the garden side. The apartment is located in an upscale residential area close to the university, in the immediate vicinity of the HTW. Buses to the university and downtown 100 meters in front of the house, shopping market and bakery in the immediate vicinity within walking distance.

The apartment is very well located 2 minutes from the German border and these shops. You will stay 3 minutes from Sarrland les Thermes, 15 minutes from Saarbrücken, 35 minutes from Zweibrucken Outlet. Parking spaces. The apartment is fully equipped, you will not want for anything. Cozy, newly renovated apartment, 35 sqm, in the center of Grosbliederstroff, 700m away from the friendship bridge that connects Germany and France. Shops serving daily needs are within walking distance ( bakery, butcher 100 m, Supermarche 500 m), on both sides there are several restaurants and snacks. There is no smoking in the entire apartment, but this is possible in our garden and large yard. We live on the 1st floor with our two dogs

Next: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get into the bathroom from the 1st bedroom, guests have to go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.
