Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

A wide range of sports activities are available in both summer and winter: sailing, skiing (ski lifts easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run, and much more.
