Not far from beautiful natural beaches or tourist hotspots, it offers something for every taste, freshly renovated and with modern furnishings, a paradise for dogs, people and horses!

Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

A cabin holiday on a natural beach

Our 75-square-metre flat is fully equipped for 4 guests. Situated right by the sea, on the upper floor of a 100-year-old thatched-roof house, it offers 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a 1970s design. There are no neighbours; on the ground floor, there is the 'Klabautermann' restaurant, a sauna (for a fee) and a secluded outdoor area with a beach chair and outdoor furniture. The sound of the sea will lull you to sleep!

Ostsee Hideaway

Lovingly furnished hideaway directly on the nature reserve with great views in a very quiet location with fireplace and Wi-Fi. Wonderfully grown, the large garden provides plenty of privacy. The cozy living/dining area on the first floor impresses in summer with the large sliding window front that can be opened as well as in winter with the pleasant fireplace. All in all, a very comfortable house for those who want to spend their Baltic Sea vacation in a quiet but still beach location

Kavalierhaus Gut Güldenstein - up to 19 people

The Cavalier House is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with a pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.
