On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. We (Jakob and Lilia) are friendly, open-minded hosts who live in the adjacent house. From the apartment you can walk to the city center and the train station in 5 minutes. Shopping is within walking distance in approx. 5-10 minutes. Speed Queen Laundromat and bike rental are nearby.
