Small apartment with terrace, fitter's accommodation

Here you can sleep really well and cheaply. Ideal apartment for singles, fitters, assembly workers, but also for small families. The cozy accommodation (about 45 square meters) is located in Groitzsch (district of Klipphausen). Centrally located between Nossen and Wilsdruff. The connection to the A4 highway can be reached in 8 km. The Frauenkirche in Dresden can be reached in 25 minutes by car, and the Albrechtsburg Meißen in 20 minutes. The Königstein Fortress or the world-famous bastion takes 50 minutes.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The accommodation of their bicycles and charging station is free of charge . Meissen , Moritzburg , Dresden great destinations

The apartment (approx. 22 sqm) is located in a baroque villa used as an apartment building (yard approx. 1830) on the left bank of the Elbe. The 2 S-Bahn stations (old town and train station) are within walking distance as well as the center can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes. The jetty of the steamboat is also within sight at the railway bridge. Out of town, you can be in the forest of the nature reserve "leftbische valleys" in 5 minutes with its castle park of Siebeneichen Castle.

Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.
