Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
