Slutrengøring kr. 850,- pr. ophold. Der følger en brændekurv fyld med brænde, medbring evt. selv træ. Der betales for forbrug efter måler, strøm 3,79 kr. pr kwh jeg forbeholder mig retten til at forhøje prisen, vand kr. 79,- pr m3, udlejer aflæser ved tjek in og ud og sender opkrævning af reelt forbrug efter tjek ud.

Lejligheden 'Udsigten' ligger blot 150 meter fra havet og midt i den vidunderlige natur lige op til National Park Mols Bjerge. Lejligheden er på 60m2 og er en selvstændig lejlighed med egen indgang, som en del af privaten på Blushøjgård Kursus- og Feriecenter. Lejligheden har udsigt mod alle fire verdenshjørner. Fra den hyggelige lyse glas-karnap i stuen er der havkig og udsigt over gårdspladsen mod udsigtspunktet Peter Dolmens høj, egnens højeste punkt Kalesbakke og Blushøjgårds æblelund.

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Very cozy and newer summer cottage located only 400 m - 5 min walk - to the ocean with a very children friendly beach. The nearest town is Ebeltoft which is a very famous tourist area in DK. Ebeltoft is famous for its nature/national parks and for lots of sightseeing. Aarhus - the second biggest City in DK is only 50 km away.
