Had a wonderful stay again with Rinus and Katia. Fantastic apartment, nicely located by the harbor, within walking distance of the beach bars on the sea dyke.

A few days of peace and quiet during the week in the off season. Lovely quiet place, everything super clean and in order. Station, the beach, shops,.. everything within reach. Enjoyed it tremendously and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is located in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. The center of Oostende can be reached by ferry, by car or by bus. Unfortunately, there is still no baker in the immediate vicinity (but one is supposed to open soon). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance (approx. 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partly under construction, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. The beds are new and the bedrooms were also cozy and clean. The shower is new, ground level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small, but good and equipped with everything. There is a nice balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but we enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment is just perfect! Ocean view in all directions! The underground parking space and space for bicycles are also very practical. Grieth welcomed us very warmly and helps out with everything necessary! The bed is large and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

For the 2nd time we made use of the apartment. This is highly recommended! The apartment is top furnished, and equipped with almost all the basic things you need, to bath and bed linen. From the apartment you have a wide sea view with beautiful sunsets. And within walking distance the coastal tram with which you can reach the entire coastline. Contact with the host goes smoothly, the instructions you get to check in and check out are clear. Added value of this apartment is the underground pitch!

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. The beach and the beautiful view did not get bored for a second and in this winter month we had even more enjoyment of the beautiful and comfortable apartment. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Impeccable stay everything was perfect we'll be back

A beautiful guest house located in the outskirts with fantastic views. A very well kept and clean accommodation we were truly impressed. The guest house boasts of a lovely good size open plan lounge and kitchen area with access to private back garden with full use of sofa and outdoor table and chairs. The house was clean on arrival, and we loved that they had a range of toys for my children that were made full use of - So sending a huge thanks to the couple for that! The kitchen had lots to offer a space to cook and relax. A fully functioning electric hob/ dishwasher and fire pit (super easy to use). Good size beds in both rooms and my kids slept well. We travelled to Ghent and Bruges via car which took no more than 35 mins. All in all fantastic location with beautiful landscapes, Jabbeke had many shops / bakeries / electric charging points near by. Thank you to Frederiek and Riet and for their warm welcome and for letting us stay at the beautiful guest house.

We stayed with Linda for the second time and felt very comfortable. Very nice and modern furnishings, everything clean and the beds were renewed in early 2025. Perfect place to stay with children. Dogs are also welcome. The entrance to the apartment is accessible via a gate staircase. Here, slide mats were designed for dogs, which makes the entrance easier. The location is perfect. Many restaurants, snacks, spar and bakeries are within walking distance. The beach can also be reached very quickly via the dune. Linda was always quick to reach. We will definitely come a third time too! Thank you for the great accommodation.

Thank you so much for the beautiful weekend with you! The house is newly renovated and comfortably furnished! The garden is very spacious with several seating areas. The immediate proximity to the beach is also nice! Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the property as a family with two children and dog. Everything was exactly as described – well equipped and clean. The location was especially great: everything was within easy walking distance and the beach just a stone's throw away. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy house where everything you might need is present, and so much more! We were also received very hospitably, very nice to start our holiday ☺️ It's really recommended here! Everything is within walking distance and super convenient that you can leave the car in the driveway. We would love to come back here again!

Very nice house in a very nice location. Great if you like walking in dunes or on the beach. There are also some games and toys for kids. EV-charging around the corner. There were some minor things in the house that needed fixing. I'm sure they will be taken care of by the time you visit.

We loved the place, very spacious, cozy and inviting. We immediately felt at home there, even better than the photos. The fenced garden is very convenient with a dog. The house allows quick access to the beach through the woods, and is next to small shops. So this is the opportunity to abandon the car for the duration of the stay. Communication with Andrea and Xavier went very well - thank you again. A wishlist and a successful vacation.

Beautifully decorated cottage in the park of Sunparks. We stayed there with 6 adults and two children. The cottage was well equipped with kitchen equipment and toys for the kids. Furthermore, it was very convenient that the beds were already made on arrival, and towels were provided. With two small children, it was useful that the garden was completely enclosed so that they could play outside undisturbed. We highly recommend the cottage, both in good and bad weather. In case of bad weather, for example, you can go swimming a few meters away. We just found it difficult to find the cottage upon arrival. The park itself does not clearly indicate where to find which cottages.

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

Already the 2nd time as a guest - and as in previous years very nice!!!

I had such a lovely stay at Mylene's apartment, it's a great place to have the best of being beside the sea for some peace and the town a few minutes walk, tram stop behind the apartment too which was very handy! it's very comfortable, so we'll equipped too :) highly recommend you book in with Mylene if you are looking for accomodation in Belguim :)

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

Short trip to the coast of Belgium. Very nice area. Location of the apartment ideal for us. A little off the beaten path, but quiet. Beach just outside the door. Tram station behind the house.

My partner and I stayed for three days in this wonderful apartment of Emilie and Tony. We were very pleased 🤩 it was all clean and as shown in the pictures / as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Liesbeth's place, who is a proactive and very helpful host. ( very good communication). The accommodation is impeccable, very well equipped, and pleasantly located ( train station, tram, shops, parks, beach: everything can be done on foot in a few minutes). We will park the address for a future visit to Belgium!
