I’ve had the privilege of experiencing incredible hospitality in different parts of the world, but our experience here surpassed them all by a mile. If you’re visiting Kandy, you simply can’t stay anywhere else—there’s no better place! Thank you so much, Kanil and Mom, for making our first visit to Sri Lanka so special! We have to come backkkk

We had a brilliant stay at Sanaka’s! An authentic gentlemen, beautiful house and fantastic surroundings. At the doorstep of the knuckles national park. Kumari’s cooking and hospitality was the icing on cake! We asked for vegan food and were extremely happy! To sum up amazing hospitality and surroundings. Would recommend to anyone and will stay here again next visit.

This is the most beautiful place I have visited in Sri Lanka!! The location is SO serene and beautiful. Lush vegetation, surrounded by mountains and waterfalls nearby. The road was quite good to get to the homestay, More than all of this Wasantha and her husband are greatly hospitable. She made the BEST local authentic food with home grown vegetables and fruits. Then we went to the local waterfalls, where you can even get a free fish massage in the water! You can exhaust your camera roll taking pictures here!! All I can just say, "Absolutely Amazing!!!!!", "Memorable!!"

We had such a great stay. Friendliest hosts ever! We did a walk to the waterfall and a cooking workshop. The food we made in the workshop was the best we had in Sri Lanka so far. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, since we had rains, but still it was a pleasure to be in the house! Would 100 percent recommend!
