Holiday rentals with a patio in Ko Chang

Second time at this place and love it just as much. Great place for families with kids because the waters are calm and shallow. The beaches are quiet and very private. The house is nice and clean. Has most of the accommodations a big family needs on vacation.

Lovely space with great amenities, especially for those who enjoy a well-equipped kitchen. It's a 5 minute scooter ride away from Kai Bae Beach in one direction and Klong Phrao Beach in the other, with a great choice of restaurants just a short walk from the property. Our host "Lemon" was extremely friendly and helpful...will certainly recommend to my friends and family.

Very convenient layout for two couples. In general, a very pleasant house, clean and no unpleasant smells, a separate aspect for small dehumidifiers in each room is a good microclimate, good air conditioners are also present. We felt at home 🥰 for comfortable transportation - motorbikes coped perfectly, the traffic on the island is calm. A mountain cool river with a waterfall where you can swim in a walking distance. Housekeeping once a week is included in the price 🫶 I recommend

fantastic stay at villa which is absolutely perfect for a group of friends or family. the rooms are spacious and the common area is very large with a large and well equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. the best part is the private area in front of the villa with a nice pool so I highly recommend staying. We were delighted and will definitely come back.

10 out of 10! 100% Best Airbnb we’ve ever found in Thailand! If you’ve ever stayed in an Airbnb and thought to yourself “if only” you’ll find everything you ever wished for here: super comfortable king size bed with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows , 5 gallon water jug dispenser, fully stocked kitchen, including rice cooker, super fast internet, his and her workstations, washing machine grill, multiple outdoor seating areas — with shade, snorkel gear, standup paddle board, and the list goes on. Even though it’s technically a one room studio it is very large and spacious, and even after two months, the two of us never felt like we were on top of each other. The home is very breezy and we seldom used the AC . Super chill location on Koh Chang, fairly tourist free. Best of all is Konstantin , who is exceptionally kind and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay and would considered it again

We enjoyed the time at the Beach Front Villa. We lacked nothing! Beautiful, clean and well equipped rooms, great pool and the best is the private bar in the garden ;) The host Karsten and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The dogs are peaceful and come by every now and then. We were able to rent scooters directly from the host and explore the area. Shopping is a short drive away. Right next door is a restaurant with good food and very nice people. Feel free to recommend it. We would have liked to have stayed longer.
