This is a small, entire-house rental accommodation in the mountains of Iya, Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, available to only one group per day. Outside the large windows, you can see the mountains of Iya and the scenery of the village. A little away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, you can admire the mountains, have a cup of tea, or cook. Enjoy a leisurely time in the tranquillity of Iya. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, but it is especially recommended for a relaxing stay for 2 people. The accommodation is located on the grounds of the host's family home, where he was born and raised. We built an accommodation where guests can enjoy the nature of Iya on the site of a barn that was about 100 years old. It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The water in the property comes from a spring in the mountains. Our accommodation is room-only. Cooking utensils, tableware, basic condiments, and rice are provided, so you can also enjoy self-catering. As there are hardly any convenience stores or restaurants in the vicinity, please prepare food and drinks before entering Iya. It is about 10 minutes by car to Iya's Kazurabashi Bridge. It is also a convenient base for trips to go rafting, forest adventures, and to visit Oboke and the Tsurugi Mountains. * BBQ facilities, the hearth, and the experience of cooking rice in a traditional iron pot are paid options that require advance booking.
