The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

There are 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. It has been newly renovated, respecting the house's 170-year history, and includes a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

128m2 cottage in the first row with 30 meters to a lovely private and undisturbed beach. Private behind the house is a new wilderness bath and outdoor shower built into the terrace. The house is located on a large natural plot with forest ideal for play and adventure. It is a 15-minute drive to Stege with shops and restaurants and a 3 km walk to Klintholm harbor town. Optimal area for sea trout fishing. The 'Camønoen' hiking trail passes right by. The house is modernly decorated and sleeps up to 8.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
