Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. Welcome to the serenity of the wilderness to a unique log villa by the lake. Designed by an architect, and built with old logs, this magnificent cottage is located in the middle of quiet and forest. The cottage is spacious (150m2) and there is plenty of private plot. The cottage is intended for 1-6 people and is the perfect place to relax. The cottage has a beautiful wood sauna, as well as stairs from the sauna to the lake to the private dock.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
