[EKB-D] Central Kuromon Market Studio Apartment

立言Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
Extremely cost-effective!It's one of the most satisfying accommodations for all of my trips! After initially booking, it was found that the property was also more concerned about the noise and smell next to Kuromon market, and actually no worries at all!Although it is only a 30-second walk from Kuromon Market, it is not noisy at all.You can go out every day and make a blood first, a 2-minute walk from Nipponbashi subway station, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba, and other famous attractions can be placed directly into the evening because you can walk there in about 10 minutes. The space of the room was also quite a bit wider than the photos initially seen and the equipment was very clean and not old.Couldn't recommend it more!

I used it at a Christmas party.I stayed with the six of us and it was a very beautiful space. It was a good impression that the amenities were complete. The walls and furniture are also beautiful, and I thought it would look like a photo. I noticed that the bunk bed was right next to the air conditioner. Also, it sounds like karaoke until the morning because it's Christmas season.

JP style room twin bed

SamanthaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This was an amazing stay! The room and entire hostel is very comfortable, clean, and artistically decorated. They have great amenities like a full kitchen, laundry, and even a workspace/library. The location is away from the most touristy attractions in Kyoto, but we never had a problem getting to where we want. There are plenty of public transportation options near the hostel. Yusuke also provides maps and guides to help with getting around and gives recommendations within the neighborhood to explore a more local Kyoto. Overall, would definitely recommend Yusuke’s place.

5-minute walk from JR Uji Station, 3 minutes to Keihan Uji and 3 minutes to Byodoin

Reyne or RenaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I loved my stay in Uji, absolutely fell in love with the town. The apartment's in a very convenient location, at the end of the main street, next to Uji bridge and Byodo-in Omotesando which is lined with shops and restaurants. Depending on which station you come from it's either 5 minutes or 10 minutes by foot. I liked my room (japanese-style, upstairs), it was nice and quiet. The host and his family are a quiet bunch, you barely notice them. They are out a lot but you can always contact them via message, f.e. to request a fresh towel or another blanket or whatever you need. You can use the lobby (= living room/common room) upstairs which has a couch and a fridge till around 11pm. My only complaint is that the downstairs shower had a bit of a mold problem (but there's an upstairs shower too). Also, they have a dog (you barely see or hear it, but you can smell it in the entrance area), so if you have dog allergy beware of that.

902 Family Room for 4 [1 min walk to TianTianGe] [Central Business District] Tennoji, Nihonbashi, Namba, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi are within walking distance

지원Rating, 5 stars4 months ago
It was very difficult to open the door and the mailbox. It was really hard to open especially the mailbox. The facilities and rooms were all neatly organized. However, the room was very cold, so even though I turned on the heater strongly the whole time I slept, it was difficult because it was cold until morning.

< Advantages > Location: It was 5 minutes from Higashimikuni Station, so I was able to go to Namba and Umeda at once by subway. Kansai Airport, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe were also accessible! There were two convenience stores, a McDonald's, a kfc, and a restaurant nearby, so it was easy to walk. Supplies: Towels, shampoo, body wash, dryer, cotton swabs, and cotton pads were provided for free, so it was really comfortable. Other necessary supplies were affordable! The shower room is also a changing space, and there is a separate shower booth, so it was comfortable. Warm water works well. I was impressed that you provided an umbrella on a rainy day.😊 The wifi worked well. Bedding: It was clean! There was a drawer next to the bed to lock with the key, so it was safe. There was also a hanger, so it was perfect for backpackers. I felt good because the owner was kind. It was a great guesthouse for the price. It wasn't a noisy guesthouse laughing and talking, so it was comfortable. < Downsides > No soundproofing🥹 I stayed for 5 days, and on the first day, the guests were noisy, so I could hear the sound of speech, the sound of the washroom outlet, the shower, and the sound of the dryer.. I almost stayed the night. But the other days were quiet, so it was fine. Men's and women's lodging There is a mix of men and women in the same room. So I felt a little uneasy. However, we rarely encountered them! Small carriers can be left next to the bed but large carriers should be left in a separate space. However, there was a CCTV, so it was safe. It seems to be a perfect guesthouse for those who are backpacking rather than those who want to shop. We had a great trip thanks to the friendly and welcoming owner and great place for the price! Thank you🥰

The location between the canal and the river is beautiful. It was a great set up for an extended family, with lots of rooms and plenty of shared space.

A brand new hotel only a 5 minute walk from the train station. There's two convenience stores across the street and a Home Center (like a Wal-Mart, with food, medicine, and clothes) only 4 min away. Honestly, this was a great hotel. Rooms were super clean, beds were soft and comfortable, and lots of amenities in the room. Also offers a paid breakfast buffet on the weekends (might change since the hotel just opened two weeks ago). I highly recommend this place. Easy access to transit, comfortable, and friendly. The front desk spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese fluently. I would definitely return here.

To all who are weary.

Awai was better than the pictures - extremely cool modern minimalist design and in a great location. There is a parking lot outside (paid) but if it’s full there are plenty of other parking options near by. Great spot close to the deer park and shopping street too! The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room but no big deal. Overall a great stay and would recommend!
