Japanese old folk house inn|SEKInoYADO
As soon as you step out of the◆ inn, you will find the 47th post town on the Tokaido, where the atmosphere of Edo remains strong. Please come and stay in the post town where people in the Edo period used to stay for "commuting changes" and "Ise pilgrimage". You can experience making a clasp opening wallet made with Japanese traditional kimono fabric such as◆ Nishijin-ori. * For more information, please see the photo page. It is close to the◆ Meishin Expressway and the Osaka East Exit, making it a perfect base for travel not only within Mie Prefecture, but also to Shiga, Nara, Aichi, and Kyoto. If you plan to dine at a restaurant along the◆ street, please check the business hours in advance. There are few places available at night, but you can enjoy dinner at some places if you book in advance. There is a supermarket (9 am-9 pm) and a convenience store (24 hours)◆ nearby, as well as a private store (open only during the day), making it very convenient. Therefore, it is also recommended for medium to long term stays. ※ We are currently doing construction next door. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sound of construction from 8 am to 5 pm, except on Sundays, and thank you for your understanding.

Castle Town Machiya Private Guest House DAIJI Consecutive night discount
I have lived in Iga Ueno for a few years. Growing up in a residential area, living in a castle town was a new experience for me. This land with its old-fashioned townscape and famous water is hot in summer and cold in winter. But that's why the rice, vegetables, and meat are also delicious. There are many areas where nature remains, but few areas where the old townscape remains intact. I want to preserve this townscape. To that end, I want many people to experience a nostalgic way of life and culture. As such a place, we renovated a row house left by our ancestors and opened it as the Daiji, a soy sauce shop that had closed. You are always welcome! Stay in a beautifully renovated traditional Japanese wooden house with tatami flooring and futons, plus modern facilities for self-catering, within easy reach of Kyoto and Osaka airports. Haruya Guesthouse
Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
