This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Centrally located in Kokkari, a stone's throw from the cozy terraces, the beach and the picturesque harbor. It is a fully renovated traditional Greek cottage with an outdoor terrace at the front door in a cozy street.
