Great value compared to hotels or other AirBnbs in the area and very clean! Easy instructions for finding the building, getting in & checkout.

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

Phil was a wonderful and gracious host! Directions for checkin and check out were amazing, and he had fantastic suggestions and helped with parking suggestions. The space itself was perfect and spacious. Well equipped with all things we could need. Waiting walking distance to all the things downtown. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again next time we are in Indy. Thanks again Phil!

Our stay was so comfortable. Kris was responsible, friendly and non-intrusive. The place was immaculate and warm. We enjoyed everything about the AirBnB. Kris has created a special place in Upland and he has a wealth of knowledge about the area. We enjoyed him and his place and will be back again!

Very nice place! Very clean. We were planning to watch our son run in the Carmel Marathon (unfortunately it got canceled) we were very close to the starting point. Audrina also worked with us on a last minute request for a little early entry.

Mary & Marvin were excellent hosts. The place had everything we needed, and added historical character. They were very responsive and friendly, while also respecting our privacy. It really feels like your own place.

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!

It was great. Janet and everyone we met were very nice and accommodating. The place had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.
