Welcome to our completely self renovated holiday home Le libr-air in the village center of Koksijde. It is located around the corner of the Hoge Blekker dunes and a stone's throw from the sea. The holiday home has a large south-facing garden with terrace , a BBQ and a trampoline. It is nice to stay there for families with children, but also quiet for adults. Wifi, Streamz, towels, beds made and cleaning are included! Extra sheets and towels are possible with a supplement.

Cozy and at the same time practically furnished holiday home 2 km from the village center and the sea dyke. The spacious southwest-facing enclosed garden is ideal for sunbathers or vacationers who wish to enjoy the sunshine all day and let the children play carefree. Just next to the dunes for a sturdy walk or mountain bike ride. Bicycles can be put safely in the garden shed. Shower, kitchen and 1 bedroom furnished for the disabled. In short, everything is there for everyone!

Villa James Heel charmante en ruime alleenstaande villa. Dichtbij duinen & strand! Grote en lichtrijke leefruimte met eetgedeelte en aparte zithoek met open haard. Er is ook een ruimte voorzien om je fietsen te stallen en een kleine speelruimte. Er zijn 3 kamers en badkamer, 2 slaapkamers met 2 persoonsbed en lavabo, 1 slaapkamer met stapelbed en comfortabel zetelbed. Hele grote troef bij villa James is de gezellige omheinde tuin met terras en tuinmeubelen. Gratis WiFi.

The dune house is uniquely located, on the edge of an ancient dune reserve , 2 km from the sea. The large south-facing garden is fully enclosed, ideal for kids. The cul-de-sac makes there an oasis of peace in our dune cottage. We rent out per weekend , midweek, week or more. Weekend always starts on Friday night. PLEASE DO: WE ONLY RENT OUT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PER WEEK: Friday to Friday. Two regular bicycles are available. Cozy enclosed gas fireplace (no wood)
