Kuća za odmor "Markoci" je stara hrastova kuća smještena u Grabovcu. Od mjesta Rakovice je udaljena 4 km, mirna lokacija i čisto prirodno okruženje. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Gostu je dostupna oprema za roštilj. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se Baraćeve špilje, a samo nekoliko kilometara dalje Plitvička jezera.

House "Villa Mate" has a large social space, living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate nursery. Also inside the house there is space for exercise. Within the building is a large garden with olive trees, space and content for the entertainment of children, and a large terrace with garden furniture and grill. At only 5 minutes drive from Villa Mate is a large number of sand, gravel and rocky beaches with a view of the Zadar archipelago.
